Amber Pop Heat Cap Usage Tips: The Amber Pop range is made of a thicker cotton compared to our other caps and so we recommend heating for at least 90 seconds in a microwave, turning over part way through to ensure even heating. Remember you should not heat your Lava Cap for more than 2 minutes each time.
