Shipping policy

 

We offer Free UK Shipping for Orders over £60 💃🏽

Once the payment for your order has been successfully received please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Shipping times may be impacted by scenarios outside of our control, though where possible we usually stick to the following delivery times to the following geographies: 

United Kingdom:

• Express: up to 2 days
• Standard: up to 3-5 days (free standard shipping for orders over £60)

Europe: Tracked service, up to 5 working days

Rest of the World: Tracked service, up to 7 working days

 

You will receive an order tracking number after we have processed your order so you can monitor your delivery online. If you have any problems with your order contact us and we'll endeavour to resolve any issues!

Please Note

• We do not currently process or ship items on weekends or UK public holidays and all orders placed over the weekend or on a UK public holiday will be processed on the next working day - please factor this into the expected delivery time frames.

• Please ensure you enter your delivery address correctly during the checkout process, as well as the correct contact information as this will be used by the courier if necessary to assist delivery. We will be unable to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched, and any costs associated with the error will not be covered by Lava Cap.

• The courier will make several attempts to deliver the parcel, and it is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or a collection. Refunds will not be issued for abandoned or rejected packages. Please follow our standard return process as outlined in our Return Policy if you would like a refund.

• Lava Cap is not responsible for any postal delays or customs delays

 

IMPORT CHARGES

• Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are non-refundable by Lava Cap in any scenario.

• For Orders to the USA: due to US tariff rule changes, the cost of receiving orders to the USA now includes a US customs & duties charge.

• For All Other Locations: Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are not included in the cost of the product, or at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer if incurred.
